Here are some poses/expressions of Captain Ned Nebula, originally created for for little comic strip idea, but I was thinking he will be pretty fun to animate.
About Ned: Well, He is the Captain of a space heroes team conformed by a robot girl named Amy Star and a chimp named Astro. You will think as a captain he is serious and a great leader. The truth is, he is very silly, he likes to play jokes on Astro, flirt with Amy, annoy the villains and gets distracted all the time.
But, he can also be pretty heroic and brave, coming up with plans that work in the end (by chance?) Any ways, I think Amy and Astro will stay with him for more space adventures. Other character designs of the gang will be coming up soon.
